How am I meant to know ? It's been stuck at in process since May 28th.

I've emailed twice and I'm waiting on a response. Last email I sent was 2 weeks ago. I sent it to both Sydney and Ottawa.

well hang in there my friend you are almost there , and all the dec applications were transferred to Ottawa for processing .

It is only important to apply before your old wp expires and u can wait up till a week or so before that happens to apply for a new one. As soon as you apply (even though your old wp will expire lets sey in a week or 10 days) you will be in an implied status until your either pr or new wp comes and you will still be able to work with no problems.

My current wp is expiring at the end of the August and I still need to get the new support letter. I hope that maybe I will get COPR soon which will same me the application .

I am sure yours is DM too. They might have just not updated it online. There is no reason why it should not be DM. But yes, it does worries us when you don't get updates as per the norms.

Guys I think I'm gonna go crazy pretty soon with the lack of updates on my case!

I'm from England 29 my wife also from England 28 no criminal records ever no divorce no children
Both inland not asked for additional documents no contact from CIC what so ever

I'm emailed both Ottawa and Sidney July 7th and I also requested GCMS notes July 4th
I'm out of ideas I hate the fact you cannot contact any one about your file it's frankly perfetic I hate this the PR cannot come quick enough if I had my time again I would not have come due to my experiences with the joke of a company I work for and the immigration program sucks!
You would think being English would speed up the process considering Canada shares England's queen but oh no it's the opposite if your English your screwed get to the back of the Que several times over.
In summary I'm P-I-s-s-e-d off with the whole thing now

I don't know what to do to make the CIC more efficient and more transparent about immigration process.

Looking at the trends, some people are getting PPR in either 20-25 days or some haven't got it in even 2 months.

If u were nominated under E.D.S you are expected to continue working for the employer who nominated u.
If you are no longer working on your employer your ainp nomination will be withdrawn.

Yes do not risk it, especially when it takes so long to get AINP and well you never know what CIC will change next. Things are not going to be smoother, going forward.
