November 2013 Citizenship Application

Hi All,

I want to share my timeline for Citizenship Application ( Me, my wife and Only daughter)

We send our application for citizenship on 6th November,2013
Received by CIC On 10th November,2013
We received our AOR on 3rd Feb,2014 (Application Process Start on 2nd Jan,2014)
We Received our Test Date Letter 5th April,2014
Test Date was on 23rd April, 2014, Venue- Scarborough Town Center)
We received our Oath Ceremony letter 21st May, 2014 ( Oath ceremony will be held on 10th June, 2014, Scarborough Town Center)

N.B:
Landed on 30th July,2010
Physically Presence in canada 1102 Days ( Outside canada for 3 months in a row)

CONGRATULATIONS..... This is really a good news.

My Received row for payment disappeared almost 3 weeks ago and since then there has been no update.
I check my postal mailbox everyday religiously.

Hoping to get positive note soon....

Thanks for the info. I am from Mississauga and I believe my file will also go to Mississauga. 3 weeks to the disappearance line and since then no update.

Yesterday marked the 30th day since my test, so I decided to give CIC a call to check things up.
No updates! My test marks hasn't even been filed.. Just heard the same routine line that it will take up to 6 months until I get invited for my oath..

Anyways, I am still better than a lot of people, so I won't complain.. haha

E-Cas doesn't show test results nor RQ's.

I called cic this morning and was advised that my back ground check was completed. However, my file has not been transferred to local office yet. My'received‘line disappeared one month ago.

some people says when they got the invite the letter is pink some says its red...any difference or they run out of color paper?!

It's pink for me, maybe someone got the red, but it really doesn't matter as long as we get the invitation 8)

I arm still waiting to hear from immigration office.

I called CIC today only to find out that the test results haven't been input in the file yet. I had my test on April 30th.

So yes, still waiting.
