These are details of IN PROCESS ,but do you see the "received" line with " In Process" ?

I do see both lines. In Process and Received. Also, what I don't understand is that how is it possible that files are getting updated on Sunday and that to an Easter Sunday.

Last week my "received" line disappeared. Applied in Nov 2013... In process late Jan 2014...

Yes I sent most the documents relavent to last 4 years period. But I also included all my NOA from when I came to Canada.
As far as why I got RQ is something I could not figure out. At this point I just think that they must be doing some randon checks or the only other reason I can think is that I did not included any additional papers than what was mentioned in the Citizenship application guide. I think I should have sent NOA's back then.
