Hi everyone,


I have paid my fees for RPRF online and scanned my documents to send through to CIC however I have a concern...question really..


On the bottom of my email it states :You must send the receipt to CPP-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca .


versus Send a copy of the receipt to

CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca

I think I should be following the instructions given to me however I am just concerned that I have to send the information to an alternate email.

Can you please advise Toby..seniors?

They are the same thing
"CPCO-Cost-Recovery" in English is the same as "CTDO-Recouvrement-frais" in french...
When you send the scanned copy of the receipt, you will get an automatic response in English followed by french translation. The english part of the email will quote CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca while the french part will quote CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca

Im still kinda in a pickle , As to whats happening on my application , Ecas is Decision made since Saturday but no email for RPRP or anything as of yet

I am applying for BOWP (currently on WP, AOR for CEC received in Jan 2014) as my visa expiring the end of Sept 2014. I am not taking extension from my current employer.

Could anyone let me know the Sr. No.3 of application form IMM 5710.

I am biting my nails out, please clarify the concern. I received a second email from CIC regarding RPRF (reminder email) today, but I have paid the RPRF on 28th May 2014 :'(. I am now concerned if the payment was taken effect or not. I sent the receipt to CPCO-cost-recovery and CPP-O on the same day payment was made.

Please advise if I can send email to CIC again or do anything else?

Did cpco sent you automated email saying that they received your email to them and that they will update your application shortly? If so just email cic that you paid already and cpco already respond to you thru email.

Can you clarify what you mean by "Sr. No. 3"??
I also applied for BOWP & no. 3 is work permit with same employer.

Did cpco sent you automated email saying that they received your email to them and that they will update your application shortly? If so just email cic that you paid already and cpco already respond to you thru email.

Thanks for the update dyesah. I got the automated reply stating that they will process and update application shortly. I have replied back to CIC that I have paid the fee and attached the receipt again for reference. Hope all goes well.

I though they included most of the applicants in yesterday's bust of emails without considering the current status of rprf.
