Now its time for wait until we all get our Medical requests from CIC {Hopefully it start soon...}

Well since the old spread sheet is NO more accessible I just copied and restored to its last state.

Again, it is visible to public so we all have to maintain it.

Plz DO NOT change anything except dates to track whole application process & compare it with others...
