Can someone clarify following

Did you guys send the passport size photographs in response to the passport request email ?

Did you write the name and date of birth at the back side of each photographs ?

What is the meaning of following statement "quote your application number on your correspondence"

When did u get ur ppr, pls share ur timelines.

Finally we received our GCMS notes....Need help in decoding the same .. Few points:

1. On 2nd Page in ASSESSMENTS section it says:

Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

2. Now if we check individual statuses : My husband's (Prin Applicant) status shows Security: Passed on few other pages. But Unfortunately we cannot see mine as we did not submit the consent form at the time of requesting GCMS notes so my portion has been removed from the notes.

Should we order new notes to check why app is still in progress?

Any advice is appreciated....
