I would suggest to stick with what u planned. Plz DO NOT delay in applying BOWP. currently what I am noticing is that mixed people are receiving MRs.
To "mixed" I mean OCT 2013 - Last Week Applicants & NOV 2013 - First Week.

So wait until 2100 today evening and relax for the weekend.

It emails you as soon as your ECAS gets changed. I Found it from a guy who posted on September 2013 Applicants Thread and it was working for him.
I haven't tested it since my ECAS status is sames as yours i.e. "Application Received".

Ive just received my RPRF. Ive paid and hope to see the medical request asap. Another thing you may also find interesting, I applied under the 1212 and 1311. My app landed on 1st Nov and AOR was 6th December.
