Received my medical request yesterday, but my notes today.
They say that my reference letter provides a list of duties which partly correcpond to NOC, My list of duties appears not to correspondend to the actions mentioned in the lead statement. Cannot confirm work experience in stated NOC. Review required.

Guess I am in trouble, I did sent them an updated form that has matching duties and should 'fix' my problem (i really dropped the ball on job duties and only used some keywords in my application), hoping they will accept my updated form and duties. My GCMS notes do make mention of : updated schedule 8; printed and attached to file so hopefully I am ok .

Did you get rprf ? If you got rprf already, you're good. Even otherwise, your MR says that you've passed eligibility.

Your notes are at least 2-3 weeks old and must have been generated before the review has been completed. As you got MR, it means your review have been completed now and you were found eligible. Cheers.

I'm not sure what it is? I already paid all the fees upfront (billed my creditcard $1100) since I did it with my former common law. Should I expect more fees?

And thanks guys, hope that after I have done my medical all is well. Very stressful time :o

PS: how do I get my dates to the left side?

Rprf is right of permanent residence fee. It is 490 $ per person. Unless you've already paid, you'll be requested to pay rprf. They will inform you through email.

To get dates on left, go to profile -> forum profile information.

so I guess I already paid those fees.

Btw, I don't have that option. Maybe it only gets enabled after a certain amount of posts.

Yes, after 10 posts :)

You said you paid 1100, which I guess is 550 for yourself and your common law partner. 550 is just application fees.

Rprf is in addition to application fees. It is 490 per person. If your application is accepted, total fees you would pay is 550 (application fee already paid) + 490 ( rprf) = 1040 per person.

Alright, thanks for clearing that up. :) TRying to get a medical appointment in Toronto with a eMedical capable doctor is my next hurdle.

to whoever is looking for doctor for the medical request, go to Lyndel Medical Advisory Services on st clair st. 416-960-1014. I did mine today ( i called and made appointment yesterday), cost $250 and he said he uses e-medical and will send to the government in 10 days.

Also, I did post up some of my questions and concern on PAGE 101, I hope someone can help me out:)

Got the appointment. Did not receive RPRF request though. Hope that comes in soon too so my mind can have a rest :-X

Dr. John C. Kuhlmann
666 Burnhamthorpe Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9C 2Z4
(416) 622-0933

He charges $140 and then you have to go do xray at another place (5 min drive)
another $26
so total around $170
you can get appointment easily. my status is "decision made" after 2 weeks of medical.

Good Luck

John C Kuhlmann is terrible. I called and they told me it takes them 2 weeks to upload emedical. So I went to Kitchener with Dr. Daniel Garrett , everything was done in the same building and only cost $177 in total. Extremely nice guy, the entire process took 1.5 hrs and my emedical was uploaded within 3 business days. Got my PPR 5 business days after I did my medical.

Let's face it, if you can book a doctor in GTA within a week, chances are they have some bad reputation (like being slow). I highly recommend people in GTA to go to Kitchener to do medical. They always have spots, and they are extremely fast. Waiting 2 weeks to upload emedical is just unacceptable.
