Hmm that's interesting. In the request I got today there were no attachments... All instructions were in the plain email even including the Biodata form... See below:

We wish to remind you at this time that your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:

· Go to the website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

· Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed

· Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”

· You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant

· You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one

· Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

· Click “Submit”

· Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card.

Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.

You must send the receipt to CPP-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca .

Then at the end of the email there is the Biodata form (exactly the same as what Toby posted on his site except in plain html and not pdf)

actually agree with both... if CIC is sending a form in a certain way, then one should be following that process.

on the other hand, the internet cafe....not really secure, as you could forget a document, or its left pooled in the printer with all your info on it.

but a nice effort to help people out, nonetheless!!

Nice! I like the new pop-up....esp the part that says: Only use when requested by CIC. Someone new could have mistaken it for a required doc and then a bunch of people start sending it to CIC in confusion. This helps prevent some of that!

Although, I received my medical on Oct 16th, I was able to find a DMP in one day and it is done now. Also, the clinic told me that they will upload my medical within 3 to 5 business days.

However, do you guys have an idea when they will update my ecas as the status still says "Application Received"?.

Mine was updated to "In Process" earlier this week (got my MR and did my medical last week). I think ecas is only updated once a week so you will probably see it changed next Tuesday or Wednesday. I've seen others complaining that their ecas weren't updated, so sometimes the VOs might have just forgotten.

Just out of curiosity, which DMP did you use? I went with Dr. Garrett in Kitchener and I was told that my emedical was uploaded 3 days after my medical.

Don't worry about ecas. At least you got your MR and that's a big step. Based on what happened to me (I got MR last week then got Biodata and RPRF requests yesterday), you might even get Biodata and RPRF requests next week (I presume you haven't received those based on the spreadsheet).

I did my medical with same DMP.
I did my medical on Tuesday and they send the report next week on Wednesday although Doctor told it will be 3-5 business days

my ecas is still "application received" although inside the link it says " we have received the medical report" So it all depends on VO.
