Hi eds1275,

thanks for the reply. my NOC is 1241

I had just applied for the GCMS this morning. Hope everything will be all right there.

Still 50 % of the people have n't received any updates who applied in Nov 2012.

Hi Guys,

I just received my medical request for myself and my wife.

Just hang in there.

Thanks.

Hello All,

I received my MR, RRPF and biodata request form.. I feel so happy.. May everyone gets the request soon.. I hope the best for everyone. Goodluck

Thanks :) :) :) :)

Did my medicals today at Dr. Mascarenhas, took just a little over 2h for a family of 4, including all lab tests/X-rays. Hope it will be uploaded soon...
Since I am from visa exempt country and already got the bio data forms and RPRF fee requests, i guess next step is just getting the actual COPR by mail?

Neither did I. It's usually sent with the RPRF request or they can all come separately...

If you got the MR on it's own you have nothing to worry about.

Is there a fillable form at all? I thought the email out the HTML form that has to be printed,
filled and then scanned?

Anyhow,
I uploaded the biodata form someone sent me the other day on
my website @

I also created a fillable PDF version that can be filled out on a computer, saved and then sent back to CIC.

Yes, that's what you have to do.

You can also check my website: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/24404541/home.html

Ya, absolutely! Can you confirm that the biodata form I uploaded is the one sent
to you by CIC?
As I haven't yet received my biodata request and had to rely on someone sending me the form. :) 8)

Thanks

As these forms can change I would think it's best not to provide such forms to other users through your website, especially since CIC don't even have it on their own site. It would probably be best to recommend to users that they wait until CIC send them the form.

The only reason I put the forms online is, that I got asked like a gazillion times on how to fill out the
biodata form. As some users don't have access to a scanner and cant print, fill out and scan the form. That's
why I uploaded the fillable form to my website.

However, you've made a good point there, and I will implement a pop-up after clicking on the two links
to the forms that informs users about possible changes, and that the form is only to be used after reuqrested by CIC.
