congrats jangad.

jangad & passigby, can you see any status when you log into ECAS?

Friends, below was the post on August 30, 2012, 02:14:06 pm from one of the applicants PCKUMAR.

"So I would suggest for future applicants, if you want to receive the PCC faster, apply for both Birth Certificate and PCC together from Indian consulate eventhough you already have a birth certificate. The amount($40 including $20 fees for VFS) you pay for only PCC through VFS is the same amount that you pay for both(PCC & Birth Certificate each $20) through Indian consulate. Hope this helps for people who are planning to apply for PCC in the future and wish to receive it quickly".

Did anyone else try this way?

You don't need to copy/paste the same question 5 times on various threads....just make a new thread with this question

Congratzz jangad.

I have a question.

In IMM5406, It says to mention names in English and Native language. I forgot to write in native language. Is that a big problem?

I didn't write my native language name as well - my lawyer didn't had any comments about it so i guess this shouldn't be a big issue

1100 got deducted on 20th November \
Thanks

congrats gladaki...

Hi gladaki & passingby,

I was wondering the amount deducted for the application, does it show as a transaction on your credit card, did you guys use a mastercard, visa or amex, because I used a amex and it doesnt show as a transaction yet, however when I called AMEX, they said that $1100 has been pre approved for Immigration Canada and even my available credit for $1100 has been lowered

Jangad

Hi jangad,
I used Mastercard, and originally I saw three transactions: deduction, paying back and deduction again. However after settlement only one transaction left from Immigration Canada FSW Sydney NS
