friends, I have a question. After I validated the generic application form, I got 2 bar code pages 5 & 6. But the 6th page has both the barcode and my name and signature and the 5th page is full of barcodes. Is this normal?, If yes, should I place both pagee 5&6 on the top of the application?

Hi newcecapp ,

If you are sending your application by regular mail then the PO Box address is correct. However if you are sending through express post then you need to mail it to the courrier address.

I mailed out my application october 30 and they received in sydney yesterday because i tracked online in canadapost and they got it and signed it on online. so Nov. 5 they received. but the problem is, i dont know if will process it because my IELTS expired on Dec... I hope and pray that they will process it... I mailed my application in courrier address not in P.O. Box...

Hi Bridge,
You mean your IELTS will expire this December right?
If yes then I think you are fine, if I remember the results have to be valid at the time you submit your application.

yup it will be expired on december. coz i applied before and i was refused because of my experience in work on that time i didnot reach the 2 years experience when i apply.

Thnaks for your reply. Happy to note that some postdoc are here. My speciality is in Environmental Microbiology, Yours?.

I have seen in some discussion forum that their application has been returned because the duties does not match with the NOC.

So I have a question, as a postdoc our new NOC (2011) is 4011. But there is another one NOC (4012) showing almost the similar duties. As I am not teaching any course I dont know what NOC i should put in the application.

As you have already applied , you are the right person to answer this. Which NOC did you put.

Please let me know what duties you have included in the reference letter from the supervisor.
