My friend November first week applicant got Rejected on Saturday..,,
He applied under Graduation stream with total experience of 14 months at that time in November 2012 under NOC 2174, but in first 4 months his company didn't hire him Permanently and they paid him On his own name, not on payroll. So he didn't have a T4 for 2011. He filed tax for those 4 months in 2012 on his own but Visa Officer didn't count those first 4 months experience because he was working as independent contractor at that time. So basically he was short by 2 months. We didn't know at that time that it could happen.
So he s going to apply again soon..

Rejected that's sad ....I am sure he will get next time..from October still half of applicants didn't get any thing ..is that mean..some of us may need to wait lo ger

Yahoo, sorry for replying late. I am on vacation so checking mails/forums intermittently. I have paid the rprf. I hope everything is okay. I am still on vacation outside the country and can not come back until another 2 weeks.
Regarding your question, honestly, I am not sure. I and my friend both applied and he is saying we applied under 2171 but in the tracking sheet I have it as 2174. I have a copy of forms I submitted at home but cant verify it until after my vacation. But, am sure, its between these 2 NOC codes. Hope that helps. I am sure, they are stepping up for november now since few ppl from nov got MR. You will get it soon.

What I see from October batch is that people are still waiting for medicals belong to last week of October, rest majority of them already received MR..

I Did my medicals today with Dr Lyndon at 200 St.clair Av W and working response to CIC concerns (Another thread " Nov2012 application need your valuable suggestions/Urgent" was opened for) on my File. need to send it ASAP.
