Hello Seniors,

I need to send my updated job letter with my new notice of assessment, which got reassessed by CRA in the early January.
Can any one tell me what address should I send that, is it Nova Scotia or Ottawa? and does any one have any sort format as a cover letter i would really appreciate that.

Received AOR Jan 20, 2013..

Thanks,

I believe everything goes to Ottawa upon receipt of your AOR. From what I remember, if you've chosen to communicate with the VO via email, then you should be able to scan things in and send through email, and wait for a response if otherwise. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I might be doing the same when I receive AOR.

On your AOR, it specifies the email address that you should use for communicating with VO. It also states that it will be the only email address to be used for communication. For your emails, make sure you quote your application number in the subject line so the officer can locate your file. I remember the AOR explains this too.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada recommends that you review the resources on the Foreign Credentials Referral Office's website (www.credentials.gc.ca) and the Department's website (www.cic.gc.ca) for helpful information about living and finding work in Canada. If your application will be processed through China, India, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan or the UK, you might receive information and an invitation letter from CIC about free in-person assistance. In order to participate in this service you will require an invitation letter from the CIC mission which will be sent to you during the later stages of the immigration process if you are determined to be eligible for it. You can access information about this free in-person assistance at www.newcomersuccess.ca . Guess they've changed the format of AOR a bit. Here is the email I received in my last application: OttPilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca

The mailing address is (if sent by paper):
Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1Canada

You can also find this on the CIC website on how to communicate with CPP section. I don't think they changed the assress on this.

Seniors please correct me if above is wrong.

Your email contents mentions -

Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office as indicated on your application. Your reference (application) number is located below the date of this letter. You must quote this reference number in any future correspondence.

So, whatever you chose as your visa office in the form, should be where you should be sending the docs.
