Om2012, what was the reason that CIC returned your file? I know that it is bcos of the DOB certificate but what did you submit as a substitute for DOB?

hi yahoo7 i am from india in india they issue birthcertificatr in national languge hindi if u want in english u need to submit your hindi bc in same office with afidavit then they will give u english one so cec want both hindi & english script now i am sending both plese advice me i have to fill the form again or i will send send same form with my birth certificate thanks

Om2012, what I understand from your post is that you just sent the hindi version of the BC and CIC returned the same document and asked you to submit both the hindi & english versions of BC again, am I right?

Also, I am not sure of what form are you referring to in your post.

i have send english version only they want hindi also regarding form i need to fill all application form againor i will submit old one witch i filled before

Hi Om2012

As per the following thread dealing with the same problem, you dont need to fill any form. Just send the required document they have asked. However make sure and wait for others answer too.

I checked with the bank today and my draft hasn't been cashed yet. I submitted the application on 13-Nov.
Anyone who submitted on or before 13-Nov has your drafts cashed yet ?

I filed the application and got AOR last month.
Now I would like to send an updated reference letter to CIC.
Is it ok to send it now? Will they consider this new updated reference letter instead of the old one?
If so can I have the mailing the address where I need to send.
