@ apartfind, I am also in same situation. Right now I am in India and I got PPR. I sent an e-mail to cpp-o and requesting for passport stamping in New Delhi. I got a reply like below

You may request to have your application finalized in New Delhi. If this is the case, please advise us at your earliest convenience.

Immediately replied like "yes I am ok to finalize my application in New Delhi. Please let me know how to further procedure for submitting my passports in India". But I didn't get any reply from cpp-o.

@ apartfind, If you don't mind can you share your response from cpp-o what exactly you got it from cpp-o.

Thanks

CIC'S comments is not a true reflection
Of duties and wrote two duties (the ones i was lacking)

Hi Everyone,

Been ages since I last wrote here.
Finally, we recieved our medical forms...(things here are really slow...)
anyway, my question is -
We only recieved 3 forms out of 4 - for me (the applicant) and for our kids, but my husband didn't get his yet.
Should he expectr to get his forms to his OWN email address? or should it arrive to MINE? Has anyone here encountered such a situation? what do you say we should do?

Thanks!

Did my landing at rainbow bridge this morning. The entire walk took only 30 min. Customs on both sides were pretty empty. Very smooth experience.

the canadian officer didn't explain anything and just said I'm pr now. While waiting on the canadian side, I saw the officer asking for some documents from a couple that's also landing. Seems like they had a bit trouble. Nothing additional was requested for me.

Thanks everyone!

Even after having ecas status changed as decision made 2 weeks ago, I am yet to get PPR. Meanwhile I got my GCMS notes today, have pasted the new updates below. I'm not sure what does the description under Medical section mean. Also please somebody share if you see anything adverse in my notes below. I really don't understand what is causing them to hold my PPR. Thanks.

Medical says you have a health concern but that it WON"T make you inadmissible
You'll get ppr soon

Thank you lpc19800, yeah my sugar level is little higher than normal, may be they are referring to that. If that's not causing the delay I wonder what else is. I hope to get it soon.

The DMP would have told you of any other issues so it's highly likely just that :)

You should really post this on the PNP forum if you are PNP
I don't know anything about this but googled the form and it's to do with military service in a Spanish speaking country.
Again, people on the pnp forum may have more info
Good luck

Went to the US consulate in Toronto on Dec 31 and got my b1/b2 visa with landing paper only.

Does anyone know a good website that summarizes the countries Canadian PRs can go to without a visa?

Dear All,
I am a bit confused on the landing process. My passports are sent for PR Visa stamping. Need your guidance.
I am currently in India and will have to do the landing sometime in Jan end. What documents will i need?

My company is ready to relocate me to canada and hence they provide an invite letter with NOC code.
Do i need to provide the invite letter? Reason i am asking is i applied for CEC with a different NOC code for ex 1274 (as all my WP were of 1274), and now my company is providing me a letter with different NOC code for ex. 0123. Does it matter? Will the port of entry guys need it? If yes, then should i get the NOC code changed on the letter.

Thanks

Dear All,
Good news!!! i have received my passports from New Delhi with Visa stamped.

Little worried now for below issues on COPR

1.the Date of Original entry and Date of Last entry is incorrect for my spouse and my kid. Is it a point of concern? Should we be worried? Will this be corrected at port of entry or should i write back to CPP-O? Please guide.

2. Also when i was in canada i had applied hence my Country of residence is Canada, but i am now in India since Mar 2013? Should this be point of concern?

3. we had visited US for tourism, when in Canada but our port of entry and date of entry is the date on Work permits. Is this ok?

thanks

Nov 2012 board is very quiet... believe most of us have made it!!!!! :D

I have few queries regarding COPR posted in the earlier post. Please help with the response.
