Yes thats the plan waiting for GCMS. Not sure whats the delay after medicals as I am assuming all the requirements were met thats why the medicals were sent.

Sorry, if was not clear. It's not that i did not get employment verification letter, but i got the letter with everything that the CIC needs except role and responsibilities.

I got the letter with role and responsibilities from my direct reporting manager on a plain paper. That's where i got all those questions.

Also, its too early to think that you will also get the same questions i got, because few of my colleagues are in same boat like me but none of them got questions and 4 of them already got MR.

i got he questions from OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca e-mail and there is no VO number at the bottom of the mail.

It's good that your employer provided the letter. But here he is refusing again and again! I don't know what else to do.
Did 4 of your friends were in the same situation as yours?

yes, 4 of my friends are in the same situation like mine. Also, my employer just gave employment proof letter only and it has no duties and responsibilities in it.

We did our medicals almost on the same day, which doc or did you use? My status hasn't changed yet

Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas. His assistant told me that results were sent to cic on 9th nov.

Can you tell your visa officer from rprf email ? I got rprf from JP5777.

I think visa officer updates ecas. I called cic yesterday - call centre agent told they cannot trak medical results. Nothing is centralized.

Hi everyone, just wanted to confirm a couple of things. Along with my medical instructions, there is the Biodata form.
1. Does the medical doctor fill out the Biodata form?
2. Do I still need to take photos if I go through an e-med enabled clinic?

- No, you fill it out.

2. Do I still need to take photos if I go through an e-med enabled clinic?

- Call the doctor ahead of time, some require photos, others take their own.

I've not received the RPRF yet, so I don't know. I've used the same doctor. I'm wondering why this doctor doesn't even do a basic health check, just the lab and blood test, but I'll look into that later. Not sure if my results are uploaded, guess I can call to verify but it has only been a week. My status did not get an updated status or any other kind of notifications.

Can some please clarify so once the medical request is sent does it mean eligibility is passed? Mine was done few months ago. I can see that on ECAS and status is in process. Not sure what is the delay. Any inputs ?

I am so surprised now ! My GCMS note said eligibility failed (dated mid-Oct) ! and m ecas was changed to decision made before medical request on 22nd of Oct ! I thought it is a rejection ! I contacted ottawa that why I havent received any rejection letter or medical request before "decision made" !
I got an email in the morning from Ottawa that "decision made" means your file is under review !
Then after 2hours , I received RPRF and Bio data email ! and after 5 minutes my Medical Request email ! How is that possible !???

the first review said that I have not 1 year experience after my Graduation (but I was trying to apply for 2 year exp without any canadian certificate) !
The second review says that there is no distinction between my job (as research assistant ) and my studies !
