Type of work is others since you're applying for food counter attendant. OWP is for spousal applications. Where are you going to submit your applications? Yung site na binigay mo kasi pansinin mo may proof of funds na kasama not unless magpapasa ka ng proof of funds (well pwede ka namang mag-include ng proof of funds if you want) pero yung checklist kasi na pinasa namin kinuha ko mismo sa site ng Canadian Embassy Jamaica kung saan ako nag-apply. Yung question mo about document is that your current work? Kung ano nakalagay sa COE dun ka mag-follow. Sa akin nga sales attendant ako sa work permit pero sa COE ko store manager & bookkeeper, I don't know how will affect to my applications. I hope they call our Managing Director who signed my COE to confirm why there's a conflict about it. It's just my opinion. Think positive nalang. and sis dun sa po ba form ng app for work permit, yung ichoose na type of work permit you are applying for is,
open work permit ba, or others?

General question:
maging problem po ba, kasi ung sa 3 hawak kong document iba iba ang nkalagay na position ko.
Offer letter ko- Insurance coordinator ang postion.
Contract- Insurance Return Clerk
Visa - Re insurance underwriter
Employment Certificate - Insurance coordinator
