Ok , if you don't mind here's the procedure on how to put your timeline in your Profile :

1. Click the Profile button at the upper corner,
2. Then you'll see the Modify Profile at the left corner,
3. Then click the Forum Profile Information
4. Then there it goes you can put the dates of your timeline , then save it that's it

Is it going to cause delay since hindi nya nilagay na Visa Section? Sobrang napaparanoid na ako, hindi ko na-realize agad na iba yung Visa Section sa Immigration section. Baka sa maling office napunta yung passport nya.. Waaaaahhh

Congrats balaize! From where are you? I got my AOM the day i went to NSO to get one iM
From dagupan city. I guess it depends on your place, i've read some wasn't able to get it on the same day they requested it, some took 7days. Goodluck on your ppr! I hope you send them anytime soon with the additional docs!

Basta kung ano lang ang nakalagay sa IMPORTANT page 4 of 4 : yun lang ang ipoprovide mo sa kin din naka attached sa likod yung Photo Specification pero di nakalagay sa IMPORTANT : na kailngang ipasa . So kung ano lang yung nakalagay sa IMPORTANT yun lang ang kailangan .
