Few more updates...I did my medical and the doctor said that it will take 2-3weeks to send the medical report...hoping for the best

I need your help guys, here is my Case:

Application Received in Buffalo ........... 29 Nov.
Acknowledgmentement of Receipt in Case Processing Pilot-Ottawa.......... 21 Feb.
Medical Request from CPP-Ottawa .......... 6 March (They started to process my application 2 March)
Medical Done ................ 8 March Medical Sent by Doctor..........14 March
Medical Received by CPP-O.......19 March

Ecas doesn't show "Medical Receievd" because of that I sent an inquiry to CPP-Ottawa; here is the reponse, Can you guys help me, what will happen next? ? Have they done background check by now? is this the final review? and more information if you know.

"Your medicals were received. Your case is currently in queue for review by an officer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a precise timeframe. Our office or the Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo will get in contact with you regarding the next steps in due time."

My E cas shows ' in process'. Does this mean my application is in process? It states only "application recieved' , it does not say your application is started processing on XXX date.
What is yours.

Mine is exactly same as yours. When I log in it says in process then when I click on In Process it just says your application was received on Nov 16, 2011. That's it nothing more. I guess they will update the status in later stage. Anyways, it's almost 3 weeks I did my medical so I will call my doctor to see if they have sent my medical repot. Please let me know if u have any updates.

Wanted to share my experience with you. I have sent my documents to Buffalo for QSW program on November 29, 2011. I haven't received any thing yet! I am very worried as I know a lot of people who applied after me and have received AOR+MR. I knew that my bank draft has been cashed on Feb 7, 2012. Is this a sign that my documents are complete? or they still can return the application?

Did you check the e-cas with your client id?

I have a client ID on my permit. But I didn't include it in IMM 0008 form. Any way, I checked and nothing appears.

Any updates anyone?

I know Ane got her PPR. Congrats to her. So far I noticed she is the first one to receive PPR among all the november applicants.
