I did a quick search and didn't see one, but you can always make one, I am sure there will be others who are looking for it .

I'm kinda more a lurker on this forum than an active member but I actually submitted my package on 11/14 and it was received 11/15 if you want to add me to the spreadsheet. I'll be going through Buffalo. Hopefully we all have a speedy process.

Hello base on my medical experienced in SCTS Makati few months ago May 26,2011 they forwarded my medical result June 17, 2011 I tried to call them every week back then. As I was remember they will let you know thru phone call or email if you had a problem. But if it's not they just automatically forward the result to CEM
