Hello fellow Novembers! I just wanted to quickly say hi, and let you all know I have officially landed in Canada. It happened on May 24th. My husband and I are very happy to have this process at an end. Thank you to everyone here for holding my hand when I was down and cheering us on through this process. You guys are awesome. Much luck to those that are still waiting. I hope you get your Visa/COPRs soon!

Just wandering if everyone here has their CIC status saying Medical Recieved? Mine doesn't. The medical was completed in OCt 2011, but the doctor didn't send it in. And so in March 2012, my wife had to go back and review the medical results. THere was no issues, but of course delay. And since march 2012, there has been no mention of medical recieved. Any thoughts of what should I do?

if you have re do it then it should be with CIC by now. Its most likely that they have not updated. Also dont think that this is a reason for delay. My ecas shows medical recieved but still not any response from them. Almost 4 months of passport with them. So dont worry! we all are in same boat. Also if you want to confirm with CIC about your medical , do write an email to them.

don't worry, jax!...same here!...my medical was done last sept. 2011 but no medical received in my e-cas!...pls. share us your timeline...

Still waiting as well... 3 months without passport is rather unfair. My wife could have travelled, or visited me. Did anyone noticed that the CIC time for india is 8 months now, not 6 months :O

Our status in ecas hasn't changed either, still says "application received". Some VOs are just less compliant with ecas than others, it isn't much of an indication of where you're at in the process. You could email them to confirm that your med results have been received

Hello fellow Nov applicants! Been busy after landing...moving to a bigger house and got a job right away. ( got sin # day after landing) and got a job offer right away. our time line is same u submitted ur pasport on 23rd feb i did it on 26 feb i am really confused how come people who applied in jam got passport request in march got DM before us i was looking on forums that many of jan feb applicants getting DM on the file really confused any idea whats going on

So updated my timeline.... so just waiting.... I send an email inquiry for the status, if they recieved medical or not. Takes 28 days.... WTF..
