Hey I am Nov 2011 applicant have sent my passports in March 12, and its almost 4 months my DM is pending..
Actually desperately waiting for the same.

My application reached CIC in NOV.
My RPRF already en cashed and passports with VO.
But i got stuck in re medical for sputum culture tests.
Result will come on 28 july after that my process starts again.
till then waiting guys.

I think everyone is moving so faster than rome office. I can't be the only one from there in here! 3 weeks ago we got the second line on ecas and still no merical request

We arent received our AOR yet. now we got a new baby. we dont have birth certificate and passport yet for new baby to add him in our file. wondering what will happen in case if we receive a medical request in few week before we get passport for new baby...

is any one gone into this situation?

All you need to do is sent a mail to your VO of the additional family. They will reply you on what to do to involve the baby in the application process. I had the same issue before i receive my AOR and i did inform my VO. The response was a mail requesting that I add the baby to the list and forward the info to them which i did.

Dont loose hope friend, some MI 2 have not gotten their MR request too in my VO, but we are hopeful it will be soon. Keep hope alive

@ Skilledent, find below the mail i recieved from my VO after the mail was replied. Hope it will be helpful

Dear Sir/Madam,
For the new addition to your family, kindly provide the following:
* An updated IRPA application for you and your spouse. An application includes the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008], the Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1] and the Additional Family Information form [IMM 5406]. Forms can be found at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/application-regular.asp.
* Payment of the Application for Permanent Residence Fee for your new dependent if he is accompanying. (for current fees, please consult: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp)
* Copies of birth certificate for your new dependant
* 4 passport-sized photos for your new dependant, as per the photo specifications found in Appendix C of the visa office specific instructions. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37100.pdf;
* Copies of the biographical pages from valid passports for your new dependant.

I took my baby to the passport office at just 11days, so since you wouldn't want any time wasted start preparing once the baby is named forward march to get the Birth Certificate as well as to the passport office.

Hey Vangelis. Itš unfortunately the same for me. My VO is Warsaw. The only thing i received since the biginning of 2012 is this second line, which states that they started processing in July 2012. How miserable is that!

Yeah... And i thought that the medicals would follow shortly after this but...

Hi, my application was received in october 2011, 2nd aor from visa office in Chile received feb 2012..
Nothing else so far. Just waiting, the 2nd aor says I have to wait until february 2013 to ask them for status.

Please worry less. It seems a standstill in almost all VOs except one or two MRs and PPRs given out in the last one month.

Could be that immigration process is taking a new dimension to make it faster for the already "in process applicants".

The anxious wait is all over friend.

Keep hope alive. It will come sooner.
