Dear all,

I al ready submitted my application in October and the case accessed on december .my Ielts expired before the accessment so they screned all the documentation except the IELTS .they to to undertaken once again.
so they returned the application and to be resumbitted with the new and updated IELTS.

My question:will they procced with my application immiediatly or shall i wait for next year as long as the cap is reached?

Note:they did not asdk me for other updated documentation.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

When you got your application back
do you got file number / UCI number?

yes i got it but i will get new file number when my application resubmit to the CIO.

they said that my documentation already screened except the IELTS.

So they asked for new IELTS to me resubmitted with the application and then they will give me new file number

Need Help....
I have file my application on 22nd Feb. my Bank DD was of dated 7th Feb.
Still i didnt get any reply form them (No PER, no application back)
I had send inquiry via email on 12th April, but till no reply
I do inquiry to bank and DD is not encashed till now.

Now my DD will expire of 7th of MAy as DD is valid for 3 months only.

Please advise what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing to worry dear... Email reply usually takes 20-25 days. and as far as your DD is concerned; I believe that it is valid for 5 months. As I checked with my bank..

So u will hear good news soon...

I still dont have my PER..my application under NOC 7215 reached CIO on November 23, 2011. I do not know what happened...my agency already sent a follow up letter last March and still no feedback from CIO...I am worried now.

you sent mail to CIC with your basic information (Name, DOB,NOC, File reaceived date etc)
