Hello Guys, Finally the much awaited PER landed today as a reply to the e-mail I sent to CIC.surprisingly,the PER was dated 9th january.I wonder why it took CIC this long to deliver it.Well I thank God I've finally received it. :-*

I sent an enquiry about my application to Cairo visa office, and I got a reply today that my file has been transferred to ottowa pilot case processing office, due to security reasons

I don't know if this good or bad, if anyone heard about this before, please post it

How did you send an email to CIC without file number? Please inform me. I am still waiting for PER. My application reached at CIC in 5th of November, but I don't get any reply from them still today.

average time 3 weeks .. and some people dirEctly get MR without AOR..

i have this question, maybe you know the answer. In case they don't send second AOR and send the MR at once, does it take longer than 2-4 weeks? How long could it take?

yes it can, one known friend of mine got per on dec 23rd . he got MR on 16th feb 2012 without any MR.
