My application reached on 14th Nov. But, no reply from them yet. Can u tell me when can we approx expect a reply? And, I did not see IT in the list you shared. How many IT applications have they received? Any idea?

I submitted my application since November 16th, 2011 and i am yet to receive and AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) is this normal? does it usually take months or just days? how do i track it myself?...waiting on your response pls...

I sa the latest post at www.cic.gc.ca that normal processing time takes 19-20 months. OMG do we have to wait this long?
I read that Minister's Instruction must be followed that processing time must be 6-12 months only. Im confused now

If you look at the post July 2011 applicants spreadsheet, an applicant got his visa after just less than six months. This is quite faster for this batch (MI-3).

Oh dear.. 90 days , I should move my expectation of getting feedback from January 28 (80th day since application received) to February 7(90th day).. Another month to go.....God Bless us all.

I know an applicant who also promised that to himself, after a few hours... he posted again in the forum. And posted again in the next day... and the next day... and the next day... and the next day.... ha ha ha!!! ;D ;D ;D

hi i want an advise since my bhabhi's noc is also 3131 and her application reached cic 27 oct and most probably she will get her application back in feb.at the time of submission she did not submit ielts result rather she refered the one which was sent previosly in 2010 application, as cic allowed 2 yr relaxation with copy and email of rejection.she gave ielts in aug 2010 which means according to 2 yr relaxation it must be expired in august , so if the category of noc 3131 remains open in 2012 will she refer the previous ielts result again or she should have to give ielts again??????????????????????????????
please advise any body having such experience.

If she plan to re-apply on July 2012, it's advisable to take a IELTS exam again. By the time she decided to submit her application, her old IELTS result willl expire.

As I understand in your post, her application was rejected because of cap reached?

I'm just curious, You're NOC is not in the 29 NOC list and yet you have submitted your application?

I have submitted my application through a consultancy. I am a Software developer having 5 yrs experience. I did not understand...I did not know my NOC, so I went to the quebec immigration site and saw that 0213 is for Computer and Information systems . Please make it clear...I am worried now. I even went for a pre-assessment and got a positive reply. I have applied for quebec immigration.
