November 2011 Applicants;Anybody received 1st aor?

I have applied under the NOC 3131. My application was received to CIC on 10th November 2011 but I haven't received any AOR and my draft/pay order is still not encahed.
When will I receive 1st reply and my draft will be encahed?

An applicant (amazing27) whose application was received last November 8, 2011 already got his PER (equal to 1st AOR).

Mine took about 3 months before I received my AOR. You might have to wait a little bit until next month (you should have it before Feb 10).
