Hello All,

Congratulations for your ITA.

I got ITA on 13th nov... and submitted my application on 14th...

today i got a ghost email (as every one says).... email says that application updated but there is no change...

After you finish all the forms and they all tick complete , you will see continue at the bottom when you click continue you will see a checklist with all the forms to upload. You can edit the forms once you have not submitted.

Does that mean I have to scan and upload all my certificates/passport/employment letters?

I continued application but I didn't continue then after as I wanted to make some changes and review again what information I put.

Is there an option once you know which documents to submit to go back and change your forms?

If I receive the ITA and I submitted all docs except for medicals and police clearance, will that already count as already submitted?
My worry is that my IELTS will expire in 6 months. DO you think it has enough time?
What are the requirements for it? Is it the same as applying in OINP? Thanks

I continued application but I didn't continue then after as I wanted to make some changes and review again what information I put.

You can complete the remaining application and click continue to see the docs required to submit. and then you can go back to the application to change the fields and move forward to get a new set of docs required.

I didnt change any but i went back to my application to check the fields.

I am almost to go for checklist now.

To get invited for CEC, I kept zero funds in application so now when I have invite, do I keep zero too or now I can put whatever balance in my account?

I think you can have some amount there... as there would be Financial support doc to be uploaded....

I would try with zero.... if it asks for financial support then i will go back to add some amount in there.

I did go with zero and they are not asking me to add PoF

So I would keep zero I guess but in additional documents I can submit my bank balance certificate in case it is required

I have few questions post receiving ITA. I filled all the forms and now have obtained a generic document checklist. My questions are:

1.After uploading as per generic document checklist, do we obtain a personalized checklists and do we need to fill more forms/information? or we straight away submitt the electronic application?
2. Do we upload medicals in the generic checklist or we can submitt the application without obtaining medicals for now and wait for CIC to instruct me to do the medicals later?
3. Shall the documents be uploaded in colour scan/black and white?
4. Is there only one file upload option available for all slot or we can upload multiple pdfs in every slot.
5. If a bank is not willing to disclose average balance for the last 6 months, can i myself calculate it and include in LOE with supporting being the bank statement (transactional history)?
6. Do we only upload reference letter for employment or shall we upload appointment letters, promotion and release letters, payslips too?
7. I resigned from my current job however I am still in notice period and last working day is November 27, 2015 and have also obtained acceptance of resignation letter from my employer. If I submit my application before November 27, do I need to disclose CIC that I have resigned or not?

Please help.

Yes, it is same for all.

you can add IELTS in the additional docs stating in LOE that you attached IELTS too

I think if you go with zero then you should not attach bank certificate unless they ask.... just my opinion

nope, there is nothing like Generic and Personalized check-list. Once you get an ITA, you will see the same EE profile with some blank fields.... You need to complete the form and based on that you will be given a check-list to submit. Attach all and submit

No, Do an upfront medical and submit. Otherwise they may reject your application

Anything is fine. but should be legible and clear

4. Is there only one file upload option available for all slot or we can upload multiple pdfs in every slot.
There will be individual slots for each doc (POF, Educational, work exp, Passport etc). but for education, work experience, PCC (if you have multiple) and someother as u have a single slot for each, u need to pile up all the educational pdfs into one PDF and submit under educational docs slot and same with work experience pile up all the work exp docs into one PDF and submit under Work exp slot

i have no idea

if you have multiple jobs in the past, you can do this.
- Reference letter
- Pay slips (If you have)
make the above as one PDF for each job and upload for each slot given in your check-list

Ok I will upload in additional docs

In foreign studies tab, do we need to attach degree certificate and ECA report both or just ECA report?

Actually I have passing certificate from university but didn't get degree certificate and I was under impression that the passing certificate is a degree certificate. At WES also they evaluated my degree based on transcript and passing certificate.

I've contacted my friend to quickly apply for degree certificate but if I don't get it within time then can I submit passing certificate?
