Novascotia; NSNP- Economic Class; Paper Based Application for PR

Hello Friends,
you can share your Opinion who already applied through NSNP; economic class paper based application for PR.
After PN. I submitted my application to Federal April 2017 and January 21st got email for additional Documents ( Police Clearence) already submitted and waiting for passport request.
Does anybody know how long it takes to get passport request?

Have you completed medical?
First they send medical request. Total time period is 16-18 months . For PR Application submission to get PR. Means you can get PR by Sept. Oct. 2018.

I submitted my medical too with my application.
Few of my friends got passport request after 12 months

Okay. Your Visa office is quicker than ours. I was talking about New Delhi and Singapore V.O.

Hi Friends,
Last month I got medical request for my Spouse. I did my medical at upfront. After done my Spouse medical exams they updated the Status:
"Review of medical results: You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes".
Fourteen months going on I applied for PR. ( inland paper based)
Does anybody share their experience and opinion about this processing?
