Nova Scotia Skilled Worker Stream PNP

Dear all,

I have an IEC visa that is set to expire in a couple of months. I have lodged an application for provincial nomination with the province of Nova Scotia and I'm still waiting on them to give me an answer. Would I still be able to apply for a BOWP, or is that only for people who have already received their nomination and have applied with their nomination certificate to IRCC?

Get another IEC or LMIA from employer if you want to continue working.

I applied under the same stream as well and get completeness pass on Aug21th. May I ask if you receive any further update from Nova PNP? Thank you
