I need to know the following about Nova Scotia Nominee Program / Regional Labour Market Demand Stream

When this program started?
Can you still apply if you have already applied under FSW program?
How long it will take to complete the process or passport stamp?
How long (years) you have to stay and work in Nova Scotia?

Appreciate your replies on the above.

All I understand is that following are the requirements:

Age b/w 21-55
Minimum IELTS requirments are L=5, R=4, R=5, S=5.
Required Funds are same as FSW Program
12 years minimum education
Don't have to pay any fee with the application.
No WES requirement with application.
Interview at Nova Scotia (if Required)

Please I have a brother in Canada but lives in Alberta province so wondering if stating his name in my application will have negative effect cos they will think I will want to live in Alberta after landing in Nova Scotia..
