i have applied for fsw and for ee where my points are 396 ,nw i am planning to apply for nova provincial program but my occupation is nt in the list ,can i nw send a new application on behalf of my husband as prime application as his is listed..will it b misrepresentation as in fsw nd ee ,i am d prime applicant

If possible, make your husband the prime applicant in EE.
You can create another profile with your hubby as the prime applicant in EE if he too qualifies under one of the federal programs.

First you need to apply PNP if you nominated then you can go EE.
