Hi what is 'evidence of work experience matching noc 2011'? i have work expeience which almost match with noc ..but they want work experience and evidence of work eperience in two seperate document.My employer just gave reference ...Urgent help please

Did you try calling them ? Explain them that you have been waiting 11 months without much progress.
Put NS office also in loop: May be you can inform your NS nomination officer about the current situation and ask them for help. They should know that a candidate which passed their screening and got nomianted got stuck with the PR process. Request them to help you from their side.
One dumb question: During the PR application, did you submit all the visa pages in your passport ? Is this correctly matching with the travel history?

- Yes I called the Canadian number and they are instructing to contact the New Delhi office. The NDVO doesnt have a call centre. I am emailing them from months but only replied to me once with a one liner that the application is in processing. Currently my status is BG check in progress.
- I also emailed the Nominee Officer regarding my situation but was told the same that its not under their jurisdiction and should contact IRCC.
- Yes I submitted all the pages in the passport and I mentioned the travel history matching that. I think their is only one catch in my situation that I had to renew my passport as it was about to expire. But I have applied for PR with the new passport itself and also provided the old passport as well. But i think that may be the issue. The problem is whom should I ask.
- Can you suggest me a way to contact them for my status and how long more could it take?

Is it the IRCC Webform you talking about? I have tried it several times. If not please tell me how to do it.
I have emailed them several times. May be I am asking them something wrong. Can you help me ask them the right thing so that they would reply.

Hi Cian
Please follow this link and fill all information. Make sure when you describe your issue it should be very specific and your question must be very clear.
Another thing you must get automated generated response right after you submit this request if not then its not submitted for some reason. Moreover if you have already done this please make sure you have waited enough to regenerate the same query again.

@cian I think you are under security screening . It doesn't matter whether you emailed them or raised case specific enquiry more than once. By the way, New Delhi office is fast in processing application compared to other local offices. My AOR is April 15 and it is almost 13 month but still no response from London visa office.
