Thank you kristelgen I’ll try to call them.

Hi Kristelgen,

I ask my friend to call the number you gave me since she’s in Canada, the prompt said that they are checking my eligibility. I don’t know what stage is that. How about you any update?

Hi net_mo,
Thank you for such an informative reply. We sent my GCMS notes last Sept. 16 unfortunately no response from CIC until now. I don’t what to do but to wait. I am hoping that we will get our PPR soon. I quit my job already in KSA and went back to my country that’s why I am anxious and frustrated.

Has anyone changed their NOC code while submitting their PR application after having Invited to Apply? Will it impact the PR process?

Hi All,
I know this thread is for NSNP 2015, but as I am very new to this forum and found this thread related to Nova Scotia , thus poting my query/concern here. Kindly forgive me but as I'm a little worried thus seeking help/opinion from all possible sources.

Under NSNP 2017, I received ITA from CIC on 22 AUG and applied for PR on 28 Aug 2017 but so far no response from CIC. As per my understanding it takes 2-3 months to get "Ready For Visa" mail from CIC. However 3 months are over but no such mail is received from CIC.

I'm a little worried. Is anyone on same boat , then kindly let me know if it's alarming that I didn't hear back from CIC even after 3 months.

Hi all,

I received my golden email on Friday, I just want to share this wonderful news with you guys.

My AOR is: July 7th, 2017
Medical passed: August 16th, 2017
I applied through Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry so it's different from most of you guys

My status hasnt changed since the medical change. It's exactly 147 days from AOR to PPR for me.

Many Congratulations to you !!

Its not the same for everyone. My application took 4.5 months to get processed. Did you check the normal processing time for the application? I think it is 6 months.

I'm not sure the standard processing time of NSNP.
Actually the main cause of my worry is, my student visa (for Canadian college) was rejected in July 2017 with the reason that "my work experience is not in-line with the course I applied for". I clearly mentioned the rejection of student Visa and the cause in my PR application, and I'm not sure if this rejection has any impact on my PR. :(
