Don't think so, even they are more concerned because they have to submit number of applications simultaneously. What would be the different portal, if there was any, in the long run it was exposed to be known.

There is no way anyone finished...I was in that thing at exactly 8Am...it worked well....I refreshed periodically ....when I refreshed at 8:55am...it started getting slow...8:59 am, it had crashed

Server was very bad. But i have heard from many successfull applicants around the globe..
quota has been reached 300 applications. Lets see when are they going to open it in the future
