Hi Friends......Need to discuss about my brother......Please find his info below:

He is an Electrical Engg. and but working in IT (NOC-2171) with 4 years of an experience(in total) and has scored CLB-8, can he able to apply under EE(NS-PNP)?
Because I have heard that the applicant has to work under the same NOC related to his degree to get eligible.

Is it correct?

hi fatima i see your nigerian like me but your visa office is london are you based in london?
No am not based in London. They usually do a workload redistribution when some visa offices are overwhelmed. So our own back up office is London.

Yes he can apply whenever Nova Scotia will open a program for international skilled worker, if he is outside Canada.

There is no rule like that. He must have at least 1 year of experience in that occupation for which he is applying for nomination or permanent residency.

Hai,

I am not sure that he has to be in the same NOC but in Demand stream they calculate experience with one NOC means for example if you have experience in NOC 2171 (4yrs) & NOC XXX(any other NOC) for 1 yr then they will consider NOC 2171 ....they wont take 5yrs of experience only consider 4yrs exp..

Can anybody share the kind of information or document(s) or form(s) to be submitted for NS Demand Express Entry so I can get them ready before the page open.

Going by the document used in 2015, can some explain what this means?

"Applicant and spouse or common-law partner and all accompanying dependent family members 19 years or older must initial
beside each statement and authorization to acknowledge agreement and then sign at the bottom of the page. Failure to initial
each line and sign at the bottom will result in your application being deemed incomplete and it will not be processed."

The double lines for initials do not support text.

Demand stream is open right now but I an having issues logging in due to a lot of applicants accessing it. Been trying for over an hour now but I cannot even proceed with the APPLY button. So frustrating. Anyone here who successfully submitted their application for NS OCCUPTION IN DEMAND
