Hi Cian,

You dont need to worry with sending them a specific format in regard to the AOR email, just tell them that you have not accepted any other nomination or any IRCC request for PR as the thing they ask from you. Next, mention point to point in the way they asked you for the details. Example, if your passport has expired. Mention as:
1) New passport attached
2) Address changed as........
3) New IELTS attached. Etc etc.

Dont forget to mention your case ID when you reply to the email as a subject and also in the email.

Hi guys...

I too got my AOR mail. Application reached 3rd Dec 2015.

Admins if you might wanna update the spreadsheet.

I would need some help on how to go ahead from here.

Should all mentioned in AOR mail be delivered within 5 days??? I have my EE profile number and Job Seeker code ready right now. Shall I send it right now or should I email them everything together??? Nothing is mentioned on how to send the documents. So how exactly to send the documents? Scan and pdf format is fine?

Only a few of my queries.

Hope their feedback isn't like SINP officers feedback regarding NOCs (mismatch). But I haven't heard negative feedback from NSPNP officials. Is like they do assist to make sure the assessment comes out positive.
