Hello!

Just checking if this email has come after they've asked for more information, which you've given and there is nothing pending from your side?

I have also shared documents and answered questions around why NS and not any other province and some other questions related tp my NOC node.

this came after I gave them all additional documents they needed. After AOR I gave them all documents they asked for within that 5 days period, after that I heard nothing, then they emailed somewhere in January asking for additional info again, like Alberta vs NS, then after that they sent me the email that final decision within two weeks.
By the way I asked my head nurse if she received any employment verification and she said yes, and also that she responded.

did you get any immediate acknowledge email when you replied to your ADR??

After a few days, stating they have completed my assessment, and I will receive word on final decision within two weeks. I don't know with the senior members who got nomination if they had the same case?

It's in a table format, don't know how to put a table here so its something like this:

From - To -Occupation - NOC - Responsibilities - NOC Duties

Under responsibilities they stated :Insert each specific responsibility / role associated with each position EXACTLY AS NOTED ON YOUR LETTERS OF REFERNCE in this column
And on the NOC Duties :Indicate the duty EXACTLY AS NOTED in the lead statement and/or the Main NOC duty in the NOC code that you have identified; with the corresponding responsibility in this column

i am also a 14th nov applicant and got AOR on 28 december and got ADR request on 25th january regarding settlement plan. when i replied to nominee officer with settlement plan i got acknowledgement email after one day that they have got my settlement plan and will contact me when decision regarding my application is made.

Hi,

Received a mail from NS yesterday. It says I will receive a decision from their office within next week.

26th October 2015: Application reached
2nd December 2016: AOR
6th January 2017: ADR
17th January 2017: Employer Verification mail (asked my employer to verify my reference letter by 24th January 2017 - My Manager didn't verify as he was on vacation)
27th January 2017: I received a mail to contact my employer and ask them to verify by 3rd February
2nd February 2017: Mail from NS that I will be hearing from their office within next week

Pls do not give room for NS to reject ur application. going by this tread you have typed here, your reference has not been verified by your employer. is there no way you can contact him/her (if still on vacation) so that he/she can assist respond to NS??

Pls look at your options.

Could I make changes in the EE profile before I accept ITA?
Namely in the section of the employer I put company is XY, but the translator says that the correct translation of the company is XXY?

Could this one word be declared as misrepresentation??


Or should I decline the ITA and to change the company name and than wait to the next draw rounds? I will not lost my 600 nominee points

You can't edit your EE profile after ITA. However, changes can be made while you fill out eAPR questionnaire. I believe CIC will be fine with the change but you can attach a LOE if you feel like it.

Regarding my EE profile, if I change my company name in the post ITA, wouldn't it be considered as misperception?

Isn't safer to decline ITA, make the changes and hopefully get another ITA in the next draw?

congratulations guys!!! I got an email too, the problem is they said the express entry profile and job seeker validation code I gave them was invalid so I have to create a new one, then they will nominate....I don't know what happened, my agent created that profile for me...feeling sad

An additional 800 for Atlantic stream

Out of 1350, I think they will allocate 350 or more for EE NS demand
