They just asked for updates details of express entry and if anything outdated from the time of application, bank statement, NOC comparison table, that's all.

Congrats, you're almost there.
I just don't get it.. why should they wait two weeks to give you the final answer? they've already done all check and etc.... At this point they already know what the final decision is... and for sure is positive.
