How many family members do you have? And do you have previous entries in Canada? or may be you are inland applicant? Why your case review was so fast, what do you think?
And congrats!

Great !!! Actually this is called Express Entry I never see this much fast processing before. As per the timeline After ITA you took 13 days to submit your application and CIC issued PPR in 16 business days Unbelievable..... :o :o :o
This is normal processing time for temporary visa application I still do not understand how they processed that much fast. May I know your visa office

Anyway BIG Congrats!!!!

Hello friends and seniors,

Though i have been on this forum since some time now But due to some reason or other i have not been able to state the background of my case.
There have been few hiccups in my case firstly being a lawyer i practice as a tax consultant so i applied for NSPNP in july, 2015. NOC 1111.

I received a pre-aor on 06.06.2016 to which i replied. Thereafter, i received AOR on 29.07.2016. I was confused with the fact that though i am tax consultant my noc could be 4112 (lawyer). So, i did the most stupid thing of withdrawing my application.

After withdrawal, i wrote to NOC department of cic and they re-assured me that NOC is 1111. After this e-mail from NOC department i became more confident and replied to the AOR on 25 and provided proof of funds and table as required therein. I apologized for withdrawing the application.

Thereafter, i called them and clarified my case and confusion post which i received a request for additional documents on 14.09.2016 and they gave me a deadline of 10 days or before 28th September. Then on 21st september i again got an email from nomination officer for some more documents on 21.09.2016 as i am a private practitioner they wanted my license to practice or article of incorporation. No my new deadline was 10 days from 21st or till 04.10.2016.

Between they have awarded me 62 points as they were not convinced by reference letters so no points for work ex. Hence they told me to provide fresh reference letters.
I have provided the entire settlement plan with self declaration with reference letters from my clients and tds certificates income tax returns, e-mail from NOC department, bank statements and bank certificates.

I send this e-mail on 01.10.2016 i.e. three days prior to my deadline.

Unfortunately, when i called them on 05.10.2016, they told me they did not receive my e-mail with attachments.

on, 06.10.2016, i sent them all attachments in three e-mails. which the admin clerk confirmed that he has received and he will forward it to nomination officer as well.

Since then i.e. around 8 days i have not received anything from them. I am hopeful for today as they send nominations on fridays as per trend.

My only questions is that considering problems in my case, do you see any downside in my case or such hiccups are normal and can be avoided.

Dear D, Skywalker and Ritu i need your expert comments as I am very anxious with this.

THanks and regards

Dear D,

Thank you for your reply.

Just one thing last thing. Do you see anything wrong, with my case. I know, the approach is not normal but thus can this affect my client.
I am patient but Friday is making me hopeful.

Thanks and regards.

I see many things wrong in your case before but now everything seems in your favor. They are cooperating you so much so better give them time. You withdraw your application yourself but they gave you another chance, next your document did not reach there on time I know its not your mistake but its not their mistake too but they gave you chance, So everything is in your favor , let them take their time,

This is vague question, but is there any time (For eg. after lunch etc) around which they issue nominations on Friday's?
