I have one more question, Can I contact EE Customer Care directly? Is there any phone number of EE CC?

Actually, I got a acceptance message in my EE profile. In this email it is showing my previous email address which i already have deleted and I had replaced new email address in EE and it is showing there but, in acceptance message it's showing old one. Please guide me what should I do?

Though everything seems to be normal, but i still have an issue.

I received an email to provide reference letters and proof for work experience. I replied the same on 01.10.2016. Unfortunately due to heavy attachments, it did not reach them. I called them on 05.10.2016 and they told me that they have not received any e-mail of mine.

I broke my attachments in three parts. And as per their admin clerk, it has reached them on 06.10.2016 as i have cc it to him, NSNP and my nomination officer.

on 06.10.2016 my nomination officer was on leave. So, today I wrote them again to request them to please confirm the receipt of my documents and e-mail. But, there is no reply from them since 06.10.2016.

Hope, everything is fine with my case. Should i call them again or should i wait for one more week.
If nominations come on friday than i am looking forward to same. the wait is very difficult specially if i do not get it on this friday.

As you said that the admin clerk has confirmed that they have received your email, so I dnt find there is anything to worry about. I hope you will be receiving your nomination soon.

But as the nomination officer was on leave on the said that. I am worried that whether she has received or not. Thats y requested her to confirm the same but no response. I think in this no news is good news..

Yes, I have accepted the nomination and points are showing in EE profile. As you have shared the above email with me, thanks for that. In this email, Nominee Officer is saying that please follow-up with me when you have accepted your nomination. So, I need to inform to Nominee Officer after acceptance. Did you send any confirmation mail to your Nominee officer after acceptance?

Do you have any idea after acceptance when they send nomination certificate ? Please share with me, when you get NC.

Do they send any hard copy of NC or just send the NC through email ?

I am quiet sure, that we would hear the next draw tomorrow positively. As this year, if we look at the graph of draws, the draws were taken only on 2nd and 4th wednesdays, with one or two fridays as exception. So, tomorrow we may hear a draw. Good Luck.

Following is the sequence for ease.

1. call +1 613 944 4000
2. hit 1, 2
3. wait for it to say "call will be transferred ..." and then hit 1 or any other number. It is always better to listen to the menu options, as the sequence might be different. It is just an example of the sequence.

Whenever the email says reply within 5 business days, those 5 business days means the working days in Canada. No matter what the other reasons of holidays are in different countries, they won't be taken as business days. Otherwise, if somehow still somebody needs some exemption to extend the period for gathering the documents, the same has to be mentioned in reply to the email to NS office and request them for the extension.

Well, I think you will be fine if you could reply to them by the 13th October. As accordingly, you still have time till 15th October, if we look at 5 business days. You are good to go. Additionally, I would personally suggest you to not make any further delay, as this would lead to delay in your processing time. The time limit is given to speed up the process.

Can you provide us your approximate number (last 3 digits only)? Example: mine was between 395-405.
