Rob,

You get 30 days to accept nomination, which you did I believe so.. :D and 60 days to submit the file to CIC once you accept the invitation. You can evaluate your situation before accepting the ITA, (you can buy 2 weeks times since the draw is every two weeks) this way you can buy some more time. Just a suggestion but yes do analyse and take actions considering the all the corners.. ;D

Hope this helps!
Neeraj

Thanks Neeraj. I got some insight to the process now :) I guess there is a draw happening on 5th Oct, hope to get ITA on that day. Thanks once again, and good luck with your PR application too.

IN WHICH CATEGORY YOU HAVE APPLIED IN JUL, 2016?
IF ARE NOMINATED THAN HOW YOU GET AOR FROM NSPN?
WHY YOU WITHDRAW YOUR APPLICATION AFTER AOR?
*Express Entry
*I will get AOR fro NSNP cos I sent application to them last year Oct 15th.
* Cos I am now nominated by another province and I don't want to call or mail them now until I applied for PR
Hope you understand it now ;D ;D ;D

Hi Canaspire,

Kindly find the below link of CIC for Indian PCC.

Also, I guess you can get that done from Passport Sewa Kendra.

Thanks a lot Ritawallu..
Needed some more guidance on PCC...
Actually I have stayed in India in 4 different States on various jobs, after attaining the age of 18... Though my current address and permanent address are same now... How to get my PCC made... if I apply from passport office, they have no such column to fill all addresses, and SSP office only asks for permanent address...
What can be done? Should I provide all addresses in the application, even if it was a duration of 2-3 months in one State in a hotel, and even when the PCC won't include info on that...

Congrats to Vishal, Balaji and Rob for getting Nomination

Please share last 3 digit number of your nomination certificate when you receive it via email.

Hi,

I read in few threads sometimes CIC rejected the applications where they didn't get the IELTS results verified from BC/IDP. For safer side, you should attach the IELTS copy with Letter of Explanation.
One more thing, Attach WES report also with marksheets/degree in the "Degree/Diploma" section. Again some application were rejected because the WES results were not verified because of mismatch in report number, etc.

P.S.: It is just a suggestion not mandatory and also no harm in doing that. I did the same while filling up my application as many members suggested the same.

Thank you very much dear.

ASM.

Dear seniors,

I have a query about EE online application (Statutory questions). that is....

"Has ASM you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?'

I have applied in 2014 FSW program. After initial scrutinizing the file transferred to regional visa office and my file was rejected in Singapore visa office. on that time i have been provided with a file number and a UCI number.

So whether i have to say 'YES' or 'NO' to the above question.

Thanks,

ASM

Medicals is required for all the members included in the application, irrespective of their ages.. Authorised practitioners know the process and will let you know the documents needed once you request the appointment for.

PCC is needed for all 18 & above included in the application.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

In regard to the police checks, I know we should have lived in particular country for 6 months or above to get PCC, however just to confirm, i have lived in Denmark for about 3 weeks, while i got registered in the National registry. Is Denmark police check required at all in this case ? Pls advice.

Thank you,

You must say "YES" and mention the reason.

Wherever & whenever, your stay collectively comes to 6 months & above (e.g. 2 months in 2009, 2 months in 2010 & then 2 months in 2012, that makes six months total in the same country), only then you need the PCC from that country. If anywhere, the stay was less than 6 months then you don't need.

Hope this helps!

Dear Seniors,

Please advise.

Which one is correct

As per Express Entry guideline link- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

The photographs must be:

# 50 mm x 70 mm (2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face measures between 31 mm
and 36 mm (1 1/4 inches and 1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of head (natural top of head).

As per Online application of permanent residency:

The photographs must be:

Frame size
• The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm.
• The photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders, with the face in the middle of the photograph.
• The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.
• Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540.
Quality/resolution
If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.
File format
• The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
• The final size of the image should ideally be 240 kB (kilobytes), but not less than 60 kB.
• The image must be in colour (24 bits per pixel) in RGB colour space, which is the common output for most digital cameras.

ASM.
