Firstly, thanks for the wishes. Secondly, I would not like to grey my name out until and unless I let you know that I have finally received an ITA. It is good to remain here on this forum and get positive vibes. Who knows if I get nomination from Nova Scotia, then may be I'll go for NSNP only. Yes FSW points now are 69 at this time.

I hope you accept my request to not grey out me from the forum.

Hi Everyone-This is what i received when i requested the NSOI officer to transfer my nomination to the new express entry codes as my pr application was rejected because of incomplete pcc.Do not understand the time frame by which they would be coming back with a decision.

"Thank you for submitting your new EE codes. Please note that a screenshot of your closed MyCIC account is also required. When I have received this from you, your request will be forwarded to NSOI’s EE Portal Administrator, who will verify if you are eligible for an updated certificate of nomination. Please allow several business days for your request to be processed."

Anyone in the house who has a similar experience.

Thank you for showing your interest in the Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry Stream by submitting an application to the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration (NSOI).

Before NSOI will commence assessment of your application, we require confirmation that you have not:

accepted a nomination from another province; or
accepted an invitation to apply for permanent residency from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) with the Express Entry System.
You must respond to this inquiry within TEN (10) business days. If you have accepted a nomination from another province or an invitation to apply from IRCC, please confirm that you would like your application to be withdrawn and whether you would like your application returned or destroyed.

And i do my reply.
but, now, my ielts has expired.do i need to take ielts for nsnp again? now, also, my ee ac shows crs =no points.

what can i do?

Hi,

Similar email was being sent to all the applicants whose file was received before 17th Dec. It is a pre-aor email. Following this, as you said, that your IELTS has expired and NS will obviously ask you for your new IELTS test report form when they will contact you in the next email. Probably, you should have appeared it by now. Consequently, owing to this your EE Profile has expired too.

You must re-appear for your new IELTS as soon as possible to avoid any discrepancies. By the way, when was your application received by NS office? Could you please share your timeline.

If you are a citizen of India:

If you live in India:
For residents of Punjab: You can apply to your local Senior Superintendent of Police, or the senior ranking police official at the police station in your District.

For residents of other states: You can apply at your local District Police Station.

For residents of Delhi: You can apply at your local District Police Station or online on the Delhi Police website or on the Passport India website. The Web site will list what information and documents you need. If you apply online, your certificate will be returned to you electronically.

Are you sure that for Punjab, you only need PCC from SSP office.. I got it done but was told by a friend that they only accept Passport Office copy

Has Nova Scotia stopped giving AORs or what? Its been 3rd week and we heard no new AORs. :'(. Really damn slow process. Hope there are still enough vacancies for NSNP demand.

Aor with some docs request: 19 aug 2016
Docs sent: 23 aug 216 (docs requirments are pof, new expression entry details etc)
Another docs request: 9 sept 2016 (request of settlement plan)
Docs sent on: 21 sept 2016,
Nomination: 30 sept 2016

Got my nomination yesterday by gods grace..

NOC: 2173

I have been given 30 days to accept the nom.
