Hi Guys/Ladies

Pls i need clarification while we all patiently wait for AORs, nominations etc...sorry if the question has been answered before...

i have a mortgage that i repay annually and is for 10 years (only 2 years payment has been made so far), when calculating my net available funds under POF, do i need to net off the total value of my repayments for all the remaining 8 years of the mortgage or just net off the one that will be due by then?

thanks for prompt reply.

Draj..pls can you assist with this?

HI experts,

I have submitted the application on may 2nd 2015 to Novascotia and the same received on May8th 2015.
Received Nomination letter/ Invitation letter on 29th January 2016
Medical and PCC certificates send on 24th March 2016.

03 August 2016 ,I received a mail from CPC-CTD Ottawa, stating that my dependent Passport is about to expiry and have to submit a renewed one. On 11th Aug i have resubmitted the same.
I am still waiting for request for Passport from CIC . How much time more it will take?? I have been eagerly waiting for it around 1.5 years.
Please advise

Hello great guys & ladies
am a newbie from Nigeria with NOC 1225
My timelines are
Applicant sent 21st Oct 2015
Application Received 28th October 2015
Pre - AOR 6th June 2016
AOR - waiting so eagerly...
it has been so enlightening reading through your posts.
from there i deduced that most requested additional docs are POF update, Letter of Reference

Please i'd like to ask if i have a Fixed deposit of the required POF in my name but less than 3 months, does NSOI frown at this and can i also include my retired savings account statement to support my POF

I m not sure about how NSOI assess the ability but because they ask about your liabilities too which means you must have sufficient amount to clear your all liabilities AND required amount to settle yourself in Canada.

Hello members,

I have a question from PR application via EE platform below and need to know if I have to say yes if I have been made ineligible for Saskatchewan PNP. Does it mean any PNP or just Quebec.

Has applicant been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

It clearly states if refused for any other PNP which may include Quebec certificate selection. Apart from that refusal of any kind to Canada or any other country?

Hi ALL,

Those who wanted to know whether you can move to other provinces!!!!

(b) any laws providing for reasonable residency requirements as a qualification for the receipt of publicly provided social services.
Marginal note:Affirmative action programs

(4) Subsections (2) and (3) do not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration in a province of conditions of individuals in that province who are socially or economically disadvantaged if the rate of employment in that province is below the rate of employment in Canada.

Hi friends

I'm filling the EE post invitation details. I see in personal details they are asking 10 years address history.

In total I have stayed in 4 different addresses during the past 10 years. But I don't have accurate records of dates I moved in.

Can I give approximate dates?

Should I include days I spent during vacation in my home country?

Please clarify that with an example

Regards

Luder

Luder,

My situation is I didn't get very accurate date as I cannot remember, either. But my study was in same country, not abroad, just different cities.
For example, I left my university on 5th of july, 2008, but I cannot remember, then I referred my graduation certificate, it was issued on 29th of June, 2008, then I write it, and write my back home address on 1st of July, 2008.
For your reference.
