Pls don't panic. When they say they are prcoessing, the actual AOR call will be made after few weeks. All as per the queue. So Aug applicants will hear only after July AORs

Re: Urgent help -

No they don't accept without a letterhead to claim points.
If you know someone in HR, that should help. But why can't they provide you the letter? Just to confirm u worked there?

Thanks Shado. Heard that the reference letters were used for suing the employers.. I know friendly managers and colleagues .. but my concern is about Company Letter Head.

That gives me a thought to get a reference letter from my colleagues without company letter head and mail from HR telling that they refuse to provide reference letter.

Will that be sufficient ? Anything to add please...

Shado and neethu. Its not something new, there are lots of companies that do not provide specific reference letters for no reason u cant just force them to do so. Some has their own stupid policies and some just don't facilitate you. Its probably is their stupid culture.
And secondly its not just confirming that you work there its about job responsibilities too that needs to be mentioned. Its very common with most of companies.
Neethu you need to use your relations here to get such letter thats all I can say. Try you best..good luck

Dear all,

I received AOR couple of weeks ago wherein I was asked for reference letter from my employer Infosys from India. But my company refused to provide the reference letter on company letter head . I spoke to the nomination officer and they wanted at least a refusal letter from Infosys telling that they do not provide reference letter on company letter head. But unfortunately that did not happen as well.

Did anyone face this issue with giant IT or MNC companies ?

Hello neethu
Can you please inbox me a brief explanation about your case with NSNP and communication with your employer, May be I could help you something. Keep your hope alive. I will definitely try my level best to assist you. Life is always not easy some people needs to make their own way and thats called experience of life.

Hello,
You will have to submit the most recent bankstatement, it should not be more than a couple of days old. Its better to obtain a fresh one as soon as you get your AOR. It is not that difficult after all :)

Is it true??? There is no AOR in this month??? :o :o :o

Everyday expecting and waiting...why like this??? :(

The way they are extending the processing time, seems it would reach end of 2017. Just like a turtle walk.

Dear Paulosky, you were absolutely right and now it seems to be proven.
Although having a summer break doesn't mean that they will stop working and sit back to relax, but it looks that it is actually happening and they are just chilling out there.
Anyways nothing can be done, I have sent them emails twice to have an update on my applications but they never responded those.
Good luck with your patience everyone.
