I do not know that will make any difference or not. I always prefer to provide letter on bank letter head with sign and stamped. By the way who said Bank will not sign and stamp. They are obliged to provide you officially what money you have in their bank account. You are not asking them to sign any personal letter or anything so why they will not do it?

Thanks Drajpoot for your response. The bank statement that we download is also on the Bank letter head only with a Bank logo on the top and other details etc, but its just that its not signed and stamped. As per my understanding, Bank will only stamp and sign these statements if we ask them to print it too and for that they will charge us, but if we carry an online statement with us and ask them to sign, I don't think they will.
I don't mind paying service charges and we already bear a lot of stupid charges, but then what is the point of having an online bank statement, that was only my concern.

Looks like they had a really slow start after the long weekend and one day has already gone so just 3 more days for this week. But last week was amazingly super fast , unbelievable...
Do you think I should send a follow up email to them asking the status of my application, just to wake them up again ?

I found this in the NSNP Application guide

Page 14 :

Step 3 :MIN Funds Requirement

These funds could be in the form of:

• Cash
• Documents that show property or capital payable to you (such as stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills,
etc.) or
• Documents that guarantee payment of a set amount of money, which are payable to you (such as bankers’
drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money orders)

Also on the same Document Page 28 i see the below

Financial Documents

For the principal applicant, spouse or common-law partner. You may provide one or a combination of the
following:

- Letter from financial institutions indicating the balance and transactional history for the last three months.
- Financial institutions’ statements demonstrating access to transferable, liquid funds and assets.
Investment portfolio.
- Do not include the value of real estate or jewellery, vehicles and other personal assets.

Exactly, this is why i am confused, there is no such thing mentioned that you have to keep the required amount of money constant for six months or 3 months. It just say 3 months transaction history.

Well you just show them a running account debit-credit transactions , you understand what I mean.
For example you have an account for last 4-5 years but the balance in that account was always very less but suddenly since last 2 months a big amount of money is deposit in that account and its not even fluctuating no credit no debit. In this condition anyone can doubt that its not yours you just borrow from someone just to show. Well I do not know exactly what CIC and NSOI check but for me if something like that I will doubt that money is somehow arranged for short duration.
So you must be ready to have enough proof that the money you have that its completely yours and you can use it anywhere to settle yourself. Do not create any situation which create doubts to nomination officer.

Dear Drajpoot,
I have had this account for more than 10 years now, and there have been lots of debits and credits as it is my daily use account. What do you suggest, if they ask for proof that the amount I have deposited is completely mine? should I get any statement or legal document of transfer endorsed by a lawyer? Is there any other suggestion? or someone having similar situation might share their experience as well

Yea Its sounds good.

Unfortunately I dint get a single call from anyone in this forum saying: Hi D, finally we landed, can we meet somewhere or can you come to meet us etc...

I used to get following conversation :
Get Passport request:
we got passport request can I have your mobile number we have many things to discuss such as apartments, hotel, schools etc...
Get COPR:
We got CoPR, how will be landing, what is required, baggage allowance, custom declaration etc... and they tell me their date of landing.
That is the end.

After that no more incoming calls or message. Well I am not complaining anyone, Life is busy and no one has time for anyone that is the fact and that is the life

I believe that while following this post and becoming a part of thread makes me feel part of the "NSNP-2015" family. It would be a great idea if we get together sometime in future and help each other out with accomodation, jobs and other requirements. Afterall we are connected and familiar.

I believe it would just be a matter of 5 to 10 minutes to get your statement from the bank I have submitted my signed and stamped statement along with my NSNP application and it was a straight forward process

For the first question, regarding inclusion of previous application to another province, i believe that if there is a requirement in NSNP application, you should include it, concealment of the fact that you have applied to another province may result in rejection of application. Your particulars must be crystal clear so that your case doesnot become complicated

For the second question, reference letter should include Job descriptions, working hours per week, salary, job title and that you were a full time employee of that organization.
Letters must:
 be written on company letterhead
 be signed by the responsible officer/supervisor
 show company’s full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses
 be stamped with the company’s official seal (if applicable)
Letters must include all of the following information:
 the specific period of your employment with the company
 the positions you have held during the period of employment and time spent in each position
 your main responsibilities and duties in each position
 your annual salary plus benefits in each position, and
the number of hours worked per week in each position

your reference letter will be sufficient as it will bear main duties you have performed

Dear Friend. Your 1st question can be answered by someone who has more knowledge about this but as per my understanding it is not required to include those documents. While filling up your NOSI form, they may ask you if you have applied in some other province/s earlier and some related information and you can fill in those spaces but attaching documents is not required. But seniors can answer this better.

Now coming to your 2nd question; You must submit a reference letter OR an experience letter from all your employer/s which must show your title or designation, working hours, total salary and other benefits details, total tenure in the employment, your duties and responsibilities with that employer.
The above letter is sufficient to prove your employment but in order to make it more strong you can additionally attach your Employment Contract, Offer letter, Pay Stubs, promotional letters if available.
