You want to apply in NSNP - Skilled Worker (not for Express Entry) right.
The province right now don't accept application for Express Entry, I believe for this reason the process is more rapid because the volume of applications is less now.

I need a help guyz. I wanted to get my ECA done of postgraduate diploma that I had done in a foreign university. Now currently I am in India. So I paid the university online for the transcripts to send it to WES mailing address. Unfortunately, they mailed it on my home address instead of sending it to the WES Canada adress for the evaluation. I have opened the sealed envelope as I was unaware that the New Zealand University has directly sended the sealed transcript on my Indian Adress. Now what should I do? Can I send the same to WES by myself?

ritawallu, if WES received your transcripts, your profile will get updated and you will see which documents they received.

To all the seniors out there!!!! A clarification required please...

If we are being nominated by a particular province and we end up getting our PR, does it mean we are required to work only in that province for a specified period of time?

Or is it required to just land in that province when we first go to Canada, and we are free to go places for employment after landing?

Can someone clarify me on this please?

You are only legally required to land in said province, but it's recommended to at least try to settle there.

Normally universities never sent documents directly to WES, they always provide you the documents in sealed envelop after that it is your responsibility to send it where ever you want. So I will suggest you to communicate with NewZealand university if they can send you again You may also request them again that if they can send it directly to WES if they deny, then you need to tell them your situation that you opened the sealed envelop and now you need it again to send it to WES. I am sure they will consider your request.
In worst case scenario you may need to pay the fees to your University again

NOTE- I would never suggest you to send opened envelope to WES as I do not think they will accept it.

23-Oct-15 - ITA received
09-Dec-15 - Documents submitted to CIC
10-Dec-15 - Schedule 4 & 4A requested
12-Dec-15 - Schedule 4 & 4A forms submitted
14-Dec-15 - Medicals passed
26-Feb-16 - Passport request received
03-Mar-16 - PR Visa stamped on Passport

I think it is for business class applicants..if it was not applicable to you, what did you revert with??

Don't have birth certificate but did the affidavit as primary applicant is applying . Birth certificate registration in India started after Jan 1989 and primary applicant DOB is in 1981 . Will that be ok?

Funds should be in bank for how long, 3 or 6 months ??

passport- do we need to scan each and every page ??

Thanks a lot drajpoot. This was of immense help. I have sended an email today and I guess I would have to pay the fees again, as I the sealed has been opened now.

But from day one, at the time I payed the WES fees, it shows that documents received, reviewed in progress.

I have not received any mail in my inbox that the update has been effected.

Do i have to worry.
