You are correct with your calculation. You will score 20 points ; Listening 6 (CLB 7) = 4 POINTS , Reading 8 (CLB 10) = 6 POINTS, Writing 6 (CLB 7) = 4 POINTS, Speaking 7 (CLB 9) = 6 POINTS.

after sending mail, i have not got any automatic reply from NSNP, how can i be confirm that they have got it? is there any one who is facing this problem?

I have been asked by NS to provide the following:

Factor 3: Work experience You must demonstrate that you perform at least the majority of the main duties of your primary occupation in Nova Scotia, as set out in the occupational description of the NOC 2011 for Unit Group 2131, Civil engineers.

In your own words, explain how your responsibilities as confirmed by your employers relate to at least 8 of the 14 main duties of Unit Group 2131, Civil engineers. Save this statement in a format that can later be uploaded to your PR application, if you are nominated by Nova Scotia and invited to apply by the Government of Canada.

The question,, should I submit an official certificate from my employer? Or just write it on my own and send it as a PDF format?
Any suggestion from experts?
Regards
please someone clarify this.

Doesn't it say "In your own words"? So, from my understanding, it is you who should explain to them how the roles on your employer letter match the NOC that you have chosen.

I'm curious why the nomination numbers can be 390 to 398? Isn't it a single number?

Some people don't want to disclose their nomination number, therefore they only reveal the approximate range where it fits in.

But forget 398. The last report on WhatsApp group is 424. From a late March applicant who received his nomination earlier in this week.

March applicant for 424?that is weird. I know an April applicant whose nomination number is around 360

skywalker i seriously doubt that number peniel is 390-398, and he is april 2nd applicant, the nominations given in late november precisely nov 27th was around 380,peniel got his nomination on 4th of december, last week friday and his number is about 400 and it takes about five working days to get the nomination certificate so that person also got his nomination last week the same time with peniel so i think that number is wrong

@Paulosky, I got the nomination email on December 4, 2015 but on the nomination letter, the date of nomination was November 27, 2015 i.e. 2 days after I responded to AOR requests. Its true my file got to NSOI on April 2, 2015 and like I said before, my nomination number as it is in the nomination letter is between 390 and 398. I don't know about others.

If your application is ready to go then submit now....doesn't make sense waiting. They're still accepting.

Unfortunately, that group is already full. But you can request your inclusion on this other group, which still has 25 spots available: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/nova-scotia-2015-whatsapp-group-t278641.60.html
