Hi Everyone! I am new here but been following this thread for a while now. I received my ITA a while ago.

Here 's my timeline:

Hi,

I have a couple of questions. Request advice from candidates who have gone through this already.

1) Most candidates here emphasize that PCC from India is valid for 6 months time (although no validity mentioned in the PCC). But, in the "Document Checklist - PR Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM5612E-PR Checklist)" under Section 18, it is mentioned that PCC are generally considered to be valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Validity is Depends on the Countries. Generally, PCCs issued by the authorities in the Middle East is Six Months (maximum).

I prefer to get PCC just before submission of the PR application. This is not applicable for US which may take longer than other countries.

However, CIC may request updated PCC if they want.


2) Where can I find my UCI no. if I haven't received any correspondence or ITA from CIC yet? This UCI no. is being requested by Medical centers for performing an upfront medical exam. - This will be generated after after review of the PR application which will be issued along with requested documents.

Congratulations to those who received ITA today. I am sure there are a lot more people, as it has been already 3 weeks since the last one. And thanks for sharing your approximate number, Daflipangel.

Got document request, my application day is 6 march 2015 . I am going to withdraw my application since I already got nomination from saskatchewan .

Congratulations! I hope there are many more like you. Saskatchewan can use good people like you. And we can use good nominations like yours.

I am going to have a new born baby in two weeks. so I decided to apply only after my baby is born.
But how to update this information as there is no place to update after receiving ITA. there is only continu application Button.
pls pour some ideas how to go forward in my case

They wont email you any checklist, you need to enter the details of your application in Mycic account. You will get a detailed document upload menu on completion before fee payment.
