Dear Friends,

Need some advice regarding PCC. I am living in Germany for past 4 years and i have PCC from India(home country) issued last year. After that I had gone to India for vacation for 1 month. My question is that do I need to get new PCC from India or it is not required now as I had not lived there for more than 6 months after the previous PCC.

Kindly give your inputs.

Hello All,

I m planning to apply for NSNP. I have few queries kindly help me to solve

1. In NSNP100 form what information we have to provide in " settlement Plan ". means any specific info ?
2. In NSNP100, "Section L – Authority to Collect and Disclose Information" , what thing we have to mention in blank marked as "initial".
3. As per checklist Work exp related two documents are required, 1 is company letter head with job and responsibilities and 2nd is " Documents to show experience match with NOC 2011 ". But what if we got exp single letter on company letterhead with job and responsibilities mentioned on it along with work timing and salary detail. Then in that case do we have to provide 2 separate documents ?

From the Age of 18 Years Old you are required to submit PCC wherever you have been lived more than Six months. The maximum validity of PCC is only Six months.

Just apply PCC prior to the application submission. It will not take much time if you are apply in india or Indian Mission (Embassy) in Abroad.

1. You are required to describe how you are going to settle in Nova Scotia. Try to get info in related to Schools, Job sites, Communities, registration requirements (if your occupation falls under regulated list) and etc. Prepare a brief a two to three paragraphs to summarize to cover all the above topics. Finally, conclude your strong desire to settle in Nova Scotia.

2. You and Your dependent is required to Sign

3. Include as Annex - Make sure to cover 70% responsibilities but do not copy them as it is.

Hello

thanks for your valuable inputs. For point no. 2 where I have to sign, but sign space is at bottom. Actually some blank space is mentioned in front of each point.

And my JD are 70% matching which are mentioned in my exp letter, so do I need extra documents then as requested by NSNP ?

And most importantly, what are the chances of applying for NSNP at this point of time keeping capping system in mind.

You need a new PCC,

If you were not gone to India after the issue of PCC in hand , could have used that one as the CIC requirement specifically asks PCC issued after the last departure of the country which had lived in (6 Months validity is not an issue in that case)

Since you had visited India after the issue date , you need a brand new one. ;)

Hi

We are maintaining a PR Spreadsheet for Applicants who have submitted app to CIC, post Nomination. You can watch the timelines of other applicants and have an average estimation of the entire process.

If anybody submits the application to CIC , please do PM me. You can view the spreadsheet via the link given in my Signature

Share your timeline.................................... :) ;) :D ;D

Hi - can someone tell me how long does it take for NSNP to issue Nomination from the date AOR is received ? or atleast when will be the next update expected from NSNP from the date of AOR ?

Please clarify

No structure available for this you can determine the pattern in spreadsheet and have a ballpark estimate by yourself. Below is the link

Thank you friends for your replies. But, just to further clarify the point, cic says below thing. Then doesn't it mean than even though I have a PCC from last year it is still valid as I visited India only for 1 month after getting the previous PCC.

For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the PC must be issued later than the departure date of the last time the client resided in that country for more than six months.
